Miranda Lambert is facing criticism following her behavior at the Montana Festival on July 14. A video shared by an attendee captured Lambert scolding the audience during her performance, which led many to leave the event. Dressed in a cowboy hat and denim dress, she sternly addressed specific individuals in the crowd, asking, “Are we clear?”
One attendee commented, “We left. As did LOTS of the crowd,” while another said, “This is terrible.” A TikToker also criticized her, saying, “Respect your fans more. Without them, you’d be some nobody working at Dairy Queen.”
Despite the backlash, some fans stood by Lambert. One concertgoer praised, “Honestly, she was amazing. We were right up front and loved every second of it.” Another supporter added, “She is just brutally honest. Something so many of us lack.”
This incident isn’t the first time Lambert’s actions have sparked controversy. At a previous Las Vegas show, she stopped performing her song “Tin Man” to chastise women in the crowd for taking selfies, saying, “These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song, and it’s pissed me off a little bit.
Reactions on social media remain divided, with some calling her behavior “out of line” while others appreciate her straightforward approach.
