Tears were shed by fans.

In the teaser for her upcoming documentary, Celine Dion shed tears regarding her health issues.

The 56-year-old celebrity has been battling Stiff Person Syndrome since 2022, when it was first discovered in her.

For her next documentary, I Am: Celine Dion, which will be released on June 25th, Celine released a trailer.

The singer has been recording behind the scenes videos for Amazon to discuss her health issues even though she hasn’t performed in a while.

Nervous system issues in people with stiff person syndrome can cause excruciating spasms that worsen with time.

The singer wept over her condition and declared she would crawl to her performances in the “I Am: Celine Dion” teaser.

She informed the film team, “I wasn’t ready to say anything before. I was diagnosed with a very rare neurological disorder.”

Still, I’m prepared now.

A 911 call could be heard throughout many images of Celine taking her medication in the trailer.

Celine broke down in tears as she revealed that her health required her to postpone her tour.

She cried as she remarked, “It’s difficult to cancel a show, but it’s easy to do one.”

“I work hard every day, but it’s been difficult, I must admit.” I really care about that location and those individuals.

If I am unable to run or jump, I will stroll. If I am unable to walk, how about crawling? Moreover, she declared, “I will not stop.”

DIAGNOSTIC
In 2022, Celine initially disclosed her sickness, having to postpone many shows as a result.

After disclosing to her supporters that she suffered from an uncommon autoimmune illness, she left the public eye.

On the day of Stiff Person Syndrome, Celine shared a photo of herself and her three kids, Nelson, Eddy, and René-Charles, on Instagram. She and her late spouse René Angélil are parents of these sons.

“I’m still determined to get back on stage and live a normal life, but overcoming this autoimmune disorder has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done,” she captioned the photo.

“I want to thank my kids, family, team, and all of you for your love and support!

“I want to support and encourage everyone who has been impacted by SPS worldwide.” You can do it, I promise. We are capable of finishing it! She then said, “Love Celine xx.”

Although her illness is not well known, her documentary demonstrates how difficult it is for her to manage.

Since there is currently no recognized treatment, Celine hopes to resume performing.

According to the show’s Amazon website, the documentary took a deep look at Celine’s personal struggle.

“I Am: Celine Dion offers us an unvarnished and sincere glimpse into the legendary star’s battle with a terminal illness,” the statement said.

“This inspirational documentary serves as a love letter to her fans, highlighting the music that has guided her life and demonstrating the resiliency of the human spirit.”
